Reinforce Charapak's craftsmanship and dedication to producing highly bespoke, environmentally-friendly packaging using big-impact photography and typography, coupled with a laser-focussed SEO strategy and modern technology stack.

The Result

A contemporary, mobile-friendly, and highly optimised CMS website that stands out amongst Charapak's competitors, both visually and in search results.

Charapak, the UK’s leading manufacturer of environmentally-friendly, corrugated packaging,┬árequired a new website to reflect their recent company restructure. The website was also dated in terms of device-responsiveness and lacked a contemporary design and modern Content Management System.

Codemakers carried out Research and Information Architecture exercises along with a full review of Target Markets and SEO strategies. In parallel to this Codemakers developed a new Creative Direction for Charapak, including photography and typography guidelines.

The new site was designed to reinforce the craftsmanship and innovative qualities of the corrugated packaging produced by Charapak, along with their heritage, experience and capability.

The site was then fully developed into WordPress CMS including API integrations with Instagram and Mailchimp. The new site also features animated navigation, page transitions and pre-loaders, to add another layer of user experience.
